Our service allows users to convert CSV files containing contact information into vCard (.vcf) format for free. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload
You must have the right to process and convert the contact information
You agree not to upload malicious files or attempt to harm our service
You will not use our service for illegal purposes

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time
Maintenance may temporarily affect service availability

5. Data Processing

Your uploaded files are processed temporarily and deleted immediately
We do not permanently store your contact data
Processing happens securely on our servers

6. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided free of charge "as is"
We are not liable for any data loss or damages
Users are responsible for backing up their data
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid (which is $0 for free service)

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its technology are owned by us
Users retain ownership of their uploaded data
Generated vCard files belong to the user

8. Prohibited Activities

Attempting to reverse engineer our service
Uploading malicious or illegal content
Excessive use that affects service for other users
Commercial resale of our free service

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
